Propaganda III Art Show (Event Over)

An art opening that claims "no curation" sounds like a terrible idea, but Propaganda III's organizing principle embraces total openness and access for all of the included artists.  Like a modern day Thomas Paine, the Propaganda III crew have devoted their lives to wandering the earth, putting on one-day art shows in the service of free speech.  Plus it's at the rocking Phoenix Hotel.
