We can still remember the deliciousness that was our hot Spanish exchange student's version of paella. We've got our fingers crossed that after tonight's crash course, we can recreate the magic.
It's time to get yer' Paella on with California Table! Chef Liz and Chef Andrew are hosting their monthly event with a Spanish flavor in California style. They will be demonstrating a paella recipe in their 4' paella pan in the back garden. All guests will have the opportunity to participate in cooking groups composing multiple tapas following CaliforniaTable recipes while also sipping Sangrìa and other libations. After everyone has had a chance to make 2-3 tapas along with tasting all the other dishes, the massive paella will be available for everyone to dig in.
Our own private meteorologist has forecasted a sunny Sunday afternoon!
