This Saturday, Bootie is proud to present a special set from LA electro-punk mashup duo THE ILLUMINOIDS. Guest performer ANNA CONDA will be joining them on stage for a special midnight mashup show. House band SMASH-UP DERBY goes on at 11 PM for a set of live mashups, and in the upstairs room, it's the return of the "New Blood Lounge," where we present DJs sets from fresh Bootie talent BIG DOLLA and BOYSHAPEDBOX.

Tonight, Bootie is proud to present punk legends HOWIE PYRO and JELLS MAYHEM, a.k.a. THE ILLUMINOIDS . This LA-based mashup production duo specializes in taking punk, electro, glam,and indie songs and putting them in a sonic blender, producing tracks that veer sharply away from the typical pop and rap mashups of other DJs.
Expect a set full of indie & punk cred, dark surprises, forgotten alterna-favorites, and ass-thumping electro goodness!

Midnight mashup show starring: ANNA CONDA
ANNA CONDA, host of Charlie Horse, the weekly Friday night drag show at The Cinch, is a drag queen with an alternative-rock pedigree -- so it's no surprise that she jumped at the chance to do an encore performance of her midnight mashup show featuring ... an Illuminoids track! She'll be joined on stage by FRIDA LAY. If you missed this edgy, political number a few months ago, here's your chance to see what you missed!

11 PM: House band SMASH UP DERBY hits the stage
As always, Bootie house band SMASH-UP DERBY hits the stage at 11 PM sharp for a set of live rock 'n' roll mashups, as only they can do them. Still the "world's only mashup rock band," the Derby will be doing a mix of old and new favorites. Get ready to rock out and dance!

Upstairs room: Fresh talent in the NEW BLOOD LOUNGE
This month, we're bringing back what we call the NEW BLOOD LOUNGE -- that's when we round up some hot, fresh DJ talent and have them take over the upstairs room. Oftentimes, these aren't necessarily new DJs, but awesome and popular DJs -- who just haven't spun all-mashup sets at Bootie yet. Gracing the decks tonight will be BIG DOLLA from The Fringe arts collective -- who will also be hitting the main floor decks for an early set -- and BOYSHAPEDBOX from bear-tastic Kuma SF, who promises to play a bunch of Cherry Bar- era Bootie mashups!

ADRIAN & the MYSTERIOUS D, DADA, and BIG DOLLA on the main floor
Your Bootie resident DJs will be spinning all your mashup favorites, as well as some forgotten gems and a bunch of new tracks fresh off the internetz! DJ DADA will be kicking the night off, MYSTERIOUS D will be spinning in and around The Illuminoids, and ADRIAN will keep you dancing all the way till the end of the night!
And from 10-11 PM, BIG DOLLA will be spinning on the main floor with a crowd-pleasing set guaranteed to get your asses on the dance floor!
