Viva la France! This Saturday, it's the Bootie French Revolution! Bootie's sister mashup party in Paris takes over the DNA Lounge -- it's Bootie Paris in San Francisco! (Yes, that's Pharrell mashed up with famous French singer Katerine on this month's flyer.) Bootie Paris creator DJ ComaR returns for a special on-stage DJ set. In the upstairs room, Bootie Paris resident DJs RENO and PHATBASTARD will be spinning, as well as French rapper GRANDPAMINI, who will also be performing the midnight mashup show and doing a special guest rap -- in French -- with live Bootie house band SMASH-UP DERBY. In fact, Bootie Paris is bringing their WHOLE Bootie Paris crew to party with you!

DJ ComaR is the creator and resident DJ of Bootie Paris, our sister party in France. Since March of last year, ComaR has been instrumental in galvanizing the French mashup scene, and along with his partner Jam, the two have turned Bootie Paris into one kick-ass mashup party! He'll be taking the main stage at midnight to show you how they do it in Paris ... which, interestingly enough, is much the same way we do it here in San Francisco! In other words, get ready to dance your derriere off!

When we did a guest DJ spot at BOOTIE PARIS earlier this year, we were completely wowed by the insane energy of the party -- and a big part of that was due to the awesome DJs. So we couldn't just bring out ComaR from France ... we had to bring out the entire BOOTIE PARIS crew! So this Saturday, in the upstairs room, it's BOOTIE PARIS in San Francisco!
Resident DJs RENO , PHATBASTARD and GRANDPAMINI will be rockin' the decks -- and the mic -- all night. They'll be bringing some Parisian flavor to Bootie, dropping some French mashups, as well as plenty of mashed-up favorites. And yes, you'll be sure to hear some French bands you know, like Daft Punk and Justice and some you may not know, like Yelle and Katerine!
11 PM SHARP: Bootie house mashup band
SMASH-UP DERBY
with guest French rapper Grandpamini
Bootie's resident mashup band, SMASH-UP DERBY, will be hitting the stage at 11 PM SHARP for set of live rock mashups, including another brand-new Smash-Up Derby creation, "I Kissed A Personal Jesus Girl." (Do we even need to bother telling you which artists are being mashed up?)
They'll also be joined on stage by infamous French rapper GRANDPAMINI, who will be doing a rap -- all in French -- live with the band!
Midnight mashup show starring:
French rapper: GRANDPAMINI
Not only is he the host of a popular French radio show, he's also a rapper -- and a crazy one at that! He's GRANDPAMINI and he's the star of this month's French-themed midnight mashup show. He'll be rapping live on the mic, mashing up something in French -- we don't know what, but as one of the resident performers at Bootie Paris, he knows how to work up a crowd!
Resident DJs ADRIAN, MYSTERIOUS D, and DADA on main floor
Your resident Bootie DJs ADRIAN, MYSTERIOUS D and DADA will be spinning in and around all the French entertainment. Hell, we'll probably be joining in the fun by throwing in some French bootleg mashups into the mix as well! Vive la France!
