Happy Holidays from the Sea of DreamTeam...

We are less than 48 hours from what is already being lauded as the best NYE celebration in the United States. Here's what the SF Chronicle wrote about Thievery Corporation and Sea of Dreams. Already, thousands of you have purchased tickets and are traveling from as far away as Malaysia to be here to see Thievery, Bassnectar, Mutaytor and the rest. The anon, Sunset and blasthaus have had over 200 people working for three days straight to turn the concourse into a dreamscape and it is exceeding even OUR wildest expectations. The sound is perverted (to use Bassnectar's term), the lighting and decor are an embarrassment of riches. The spirit of the volunteers and staff has been infectious. We are so thrilled to share this huge moment with all of you.

Here's some stuff we want to make sure you are aware of that will make your life less stressful and more enjoyable. Please feel free to share this information with your friends who are coming and those who have yet to purchase tickets.

VIP TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT: Thanks for your support! If you missed out, better luck next year.

GET THERE EARLY: So much stress and anxiousness can be alleviated by just showing up early. Don't get us wrong, we are trying to foresee any contingency and have ample staffing at the box office, coat check and at the bars, but you will be so much happier if you don't have to worry. As the clock ticks toward midnight, Bridge & Highway traffic increases, Parking becomes more scarce etc etc etc... >THE BOX OFFICE OPENS at 2PM - You can come check in at Will-Call and pikc up tickets (this will speed things up later) DOORS OPEN AT 8PM

DRINK RESPONSIBLY: TAKE PUBLIC TRANSPORT HERE) CARPOOL. BIKE. DESIGNATE a SOBER DRIVER. SFPD will have roadblocks everywhere. Don't take a chance that could get you or someone you love hurt.

MAKE US PROUD!: We all know the reputation of New Years Eve. "Amateur night" "Drunk Idiots" "DUIs" We've all seen this, heard this and yet, those of us who have spent a lot of time in the Bay Area know that it's NOT LIKE THAT IN THE BAY AREA! In fact, if the Bay Area is famous for anything it's that all kinds of people come here and GET ALONG. We smile, shake hands and hug and introduce ourselves. We party responsibly and don't ass out. We keep our eyes open for friends and strangers who may need a helping hand. We're patient try to make light of the little things we can't control. It's what makes this place so special and we expect all of you to hold yourselves to the highest ideals of good conduct, responsability, and kindness. BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD.

FOOD AT THE EVENT: We will have 2 major food vendors. Asia Restaurant will have Asian cuisine. BBC Catering will have burgers and sandwiches. If you want a sit-down fancy shmancy, you should get it before you come. VIP's will have additional complimentary Thai Food in the VIP Lounges (while it lasts). Please make sure to eat before you come. YES you can pack a bag lunch. No drinks, bottles cans or otherwise.

PACE YOURSELF AND STAY HYDRATED: We will have bottled water for $3 each. There are also water fountains at the venue (near the main bathrooms). YOU MAY BRING EMPTY WATER BOTTLES (Must be see-through)
