Machines are Dhyan Moller's middle name--he is a huge proponent of
analog equipment, and this record is a great example. The Serge
Modular Synthesizer and Metasonix A$$ Blaster are both in heavy
usage on this fantastic EP. "Quirkey Donkey" is a funky minimal
number with all its blips and beeps in the right places, a thick
beat, and solid bass groove. "Lost in 3s" brings the dub techno
sound forward injecting more energy and tech-house elements into
the flow while maintaining that warm-deep-dubby atmosphere from
this genre that we all love.
Dhyan Moller is a San Francisco Bay Area based producer and
performer specializing in minimal/techno and tech-house. Working
toward a degree in Applied Science for Sound Art, Dhyan has a
special love for analog equipment and its role in music production.
He lives for techno music and has a deep passion for quality
productions. "My goals are simple," he says, "deliver solid mind
blowing productions for top notch labels on this planet, connect
with other producers and artists that share the same interests, and
travel the club/festival circuit with my show. Let's make some
NOISE THIS YEAR!"
