WHAT:
The 3rd Annual Sugar Rush fundraiser. Join us for an evening of
dessert-tasting benefitting Spark, a local San Francisco, youth
empowerment organization that engages and inspires youth through
one-on-one apprenticeships. At Sugar Rush, attendees feel no guilt
for sampling a second, third or even fourth helping of dessert
because they know they are actively supporting an organization that
is serving a critical need for local youth.
FEATURES:
Unlimited tastings from some of the best restaurants in the San
Francisco, including: Boulevard, Chez Panisse, Michael Mina, Range,
Humphry Slocombe, Recchiuti Confections and Sibby’s
Cupcakery.

WHO:
Spark is the only youth empowerment program in the nation with a
one-on-one apprenticeship model that engages and empowers middle
school youth in their education. Spark arranges professional
apprenticeships for students in their "dream job" that are
complemented by a leadership curriculum, workshops and field trips.
The Spark experience creates a sense of relevance for students, and
inspires students to envision their futures and develop the skills
and confidence necessary to be successful in life.
