According to the ancient myth, King Midas once did a favor for old Silenus, the teacher of Dionysus, & in exchange, Midas was granted a single wish.

On an impulse fueled by his never ending greed, Midas demanded,"Make everything I touch turn to gold!" ....& so it did. Everything. His food, drink, his horse, his servants, even his young daughter, thereby leaving Midas heartbroken...

Midas pleaded with Dionysus to release him from the curse of the Golden Touch. Dionysus said to Midas, "Wash at the source of the River Pactolus & the curse will be gone." Midas did so, & to his & to this day you can see flakes of gold in the Gediz Nehri.

About Steve Smooth:
Adored by crowds worldwide, Steve took his skills as a DJ to over 30 different countries in the last 5 years & over 100 shows just last year alone. Currently holding monthly DJ residenciy in his hometown Chicago at Crobar. Steve's talent as a dj is only matched by his proficiency as a producer with releases on such labels as: Ménage Music (US) & Ministry of Sound (UK). In 2006 Ménage Music released Steve's debut album "The Collection" with production partner, JJ Flores. Together they have remixed for many mainstream artists such as Nelly Furtado, Santana & Chad Kroeger from Nickelback. Their remix of "Dancin" by Aaron Smith was a Top 10 hit in the UK Pop Charts. Early in 2008, Steve signed his exclusive deal to release his & JJ's sophomore album on Ultra Records / Ménage Music. On October 7th, 2008 the full length album "Amp'd" was released. “Amp’d” has already set the pace to be another huge success for Steve with the single “Let It Go” which has been charted on all major mix shows & dance radio across the US and with “Stay” which features the vocalist Colette which has turned into a #1 download on Beatport.com.

About Eddy Santana:
In a saturated World of DJ's, Artists, and Producers, EDDY SANTANA is no stranger to the Electronic Music Industry. A San Francisco Bay Area native, Eddy has emerged from the Discodelic City, as a House Music favorite! Quoted as "One of SF's best kept secrets in electronic music," Eddy has been fortunate enough to accomplish many goals in a short amount of time, from already rocking the decks at all SF elite night clubs, such as the elegant RUBY SKYE to the legendary END UP, to having a weekly mix show on North America’s ONLY full time dance radio station: Energy 92.7 / KNGY. Eddy has graced the decks with many superstar dj’s such as: Paul Van Dyke, Dj Dan, Donald Glaude, Scotty Boy, Pete Tong, Bad Boy Bill, Kaskade, Scooter & Lavelle, Richard Vission and the list goes on. In February of 07 Eddy became the official resident dj for VANITY SF (San Francisco’s LEADING After hours promotions company) and now is known as San Francisco’s OFFICIAL After hours DJ and in July of 07 Eddy landed a monthly residency at the infamous Daylight After After Hours in Los Angeles. In October of 2007 Eddy was booked to play at the world famous CROBAR nightclub in Chicago. After that gig Eddy landed a tri-monthly residency at Crobar as well as being a guest dj at other local Chicago hot spots such as Mission, Stone Lotus and Spy Bar.
After being a resident dj on Energy 92.7, Eddy was offered his own radio mix show along with 3 other radio dj's and formed "Ghetto House Radio", A 2 hour mix show dedicated to House Music lovers. Starting in San Francisco the show quickly caught word and soon became a syndicated radio mix show broadcast on 8 radio station through out California, Las Vegas, Hawaii, Texas, Idaho, Chicago, and Scotland.
Eddy has many future projects lined up from producing his own tracks to producing radio shows to djing at local and out of town nightclubs and festivals. Needless to say Eddy Santana should be a name not to be forgotten
