Slick Rick is one of Def Jam's original recording artist, he is best known for a series of rap recordings during the 1980s, including "Hey Young World", "Children's Story" and "La Di Da Di", B-side of Doug E. Fresh single "The Show" (1985). Once he gained a degree of wealth, he earned a reputation for wearing an eye patch over his right eye, an enormous amount of gold and diamond jewelry, including many large necklaces with giant pendants, bracelets, huge rings on each finger, and a gold tooth.

DJ Theory (Jake Krauth) is all about moving forward.
Born and raised in the hills of Western MA, he's been making music since he was in his huggies. Raised in a musical family, he got his first chops on the piano and drums, before graduating to the turntables at age 16. Nine years later, and now transplanted to the Bay Area of CA, Theory continues to push the boundaries of each style of music he creates and performs live.
